Woodbridge residents Amanda Chaloupka, 40, and Patrick Michael Chaloupka, 42, have been identified by the Prince William County Police Department as the pair killed in a crash involving a wrong-way driver on Sunday night.
At around 6:45 p.m. on March 8, police say that officers were called to the intersection of Cardinal Drive and Whips Run Drive in Woodbridge to investigate a reported multi-vehicle crash.
Investigators determined that a 27-year-old woman was driving a Hyundai Genesis the wrong way in the eastbound lanes of Cardinal Drive when she struck the Chaloupkas’ Hyundai Santa Fe head-on near the intersection…
