A Woodbridge couple was killed Sunday night after a head-on collision involving a wrong-way driver triggered a multi-vehicle crash on Cardinal Drive, according to Prince William County police.
Amanda Chaloupka, 40, and Patrick Michael Chaloupka, 42, both of Woodbridge, were pronounced dead at an area hospital following the 6:45 p.m. crash at Cardinal and Whips Run drives.
