WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The D.C. Police Union is speaking out against the potential release of a man convicted of killing a Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officer in the late 1990s.
Marthell Dean was convicted in 1998 for shooting and killing Officer Brian Gibson.
