Convicted DC felon on probation sentenced for owning ammunition

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A previously convicted felon in D.C. was sentenced to prison once again for owning ammunition while on probation, the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) for the District of Columbia announced Monday.

The USAO said that on Nov. 12, 32-year-old Charles Washington, Jr., pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful possession of ammunition by a felon.
