Five Guys is re-doing its offer for buy-one-get-one-free burgers. The “do-over” promotion will run through Thursday, March 12.
The Arlington-born, Alexandria-based burger chain launched its first BOGO burger deal on February 17 in honor of its 40th anniversary.
But Five Guys wasn’t prepared for customer demand, which resulted in long lines and stores running out of stock. “You visited our restaurants in overwhelming numbers, and we weren’t ready for you,” the company said in a news release. “We didn’t meet our own standards, and that’s not something we take lightly. So, we’re asking for a do-over.”…
