FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — A Fairfax County man who initiated a devastating crash that took the life of one teenager and severely injured three others was sentenced to six years in prison on Thursday.
Jose Angel Zelaya, 45, of Burke was driving more than double the 40 mile-an-hour speed limit on Burke Centre Parkway when his Cadillac slammed into 17-year-old Rebekah Zarco’s Kia.
