Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a reported collision involving a vehicle rollover on the westbound lanes of MD 200 (Intercounty Connector) between Layhill Road and Georgia Avenue near Exit 8 in Silver Spring on Sunday morning.
