WALDORF, Md. — A Waldorf restaurant disturbance in December led to the arrest of a 40-year-old man who authorities say assaulted two employees, damaged property, and refused to leave the business after being told to do so.
According to court documents, Jason Darren Hagens, 40, of Waldorf, was arrested following an investigation by the Charles County Sheriff’s Office into an incident that occurred on December 16, 2025, at Fiesta Cancun Bar & Grill on Crain Highway in Waldorf.
