USPS driver charged after hitting Md. woman, reversing while she was underneath

SILVER SPRING, Md. (7News) — A Silver Spring, Maryland, man is facing charges in connection with a deadly pedestrian crash that happened in Montgomery County last year.

According to the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD), 26-year-old Oscar Pedrozo has been charged with criminally negligent homicide.
