The disruption is hitting the DC region hard, with Reagan National, Dulles International, and Baltimore-Washington International all placed under ground stops on Thursday evening.
The Federal Aviation Administration issued the stops between approximately 6:30 p.m. and 6:40 p.m., with all three currently set to remain in effect until at least 8 p.m.
That means departures headed to those airports are not taking off…
