“About 15-30 shots fired in Columbia Heights, sounds like around 14th St. between Harvard and Columbia. At least one vehicle seemingly drove away with a flat tire. Not sure if they were involved.”
Others responded: “I’m at 14th and Girard and the street is closed as well as the alley to Harvard street, bullet casings on the road. Heard at least 10-15 shots fired right at 11pm.”…
