WASHINGTON (7News) — A fifth person has been arrested nearly three years after the death and disappearance of a D.C. woman.
Niquan Odumn, 25, was arrested on Friday, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. He was already locked up at the time of his arrest, but police did not say what charges he was being held on.
