What began as a nanobrewery is progressively becoming a certified DMV phenomenon, with a new location in the works. Straight out of Northern Virginia, Crooked Run Brewing has filed paperwork for yet another taproom, this one in Alexandria, reports The Alexandria Brief.
The establishment is aiming to set up shop at 2003a Mount Vernon Avenue. The space previously housed beloved sweet shop Dolce & Bean, until its closure last spring.
An opening timeline is not presently available for Crooked Run’s Alexandria home; however a liquor license is currently under review with the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority-generally a positive sign that things are moving apace and a concept will be opening in the not-too-distant future…
