LA PLATA, Md. — An Upper Marlboro man is facing multiple charges after authorities say he fled from law enforcement in a stolen vehicle following a high-speed pursuit that began in Washington, D.C., and ended in Charles County.
Brian David Jr., 34, of Upper Marlboro, has been charged with motor vehicle unlawful taking, unauthorized removal of a motor vehicle, and rogue and vagabond, according to court documents.
