Employee charged with manslaughter in deadly stabbing at Dumfries gas station

A 42-year-old Dumfries gas station employee faces manslaughter charges following the fatal stabbing of a 20-year-old man early Saturday morning.

Officers responded to the Shell station at 17250 Dumfries Road at 12:10 a.m., where they found the victim, 20-year-old Jonathan David Ferreyra Agapito of Woodbridge, near the gas pumps suffering a stab wound.

Police said Agapito got into a physical altercation with a gas station employee, Michael Orlando Dickey of no fixed address, and during the fight, Dickey “produced a knife and stabbed the victim once in the upper body.”…
