Man accused of attacking, biting food bank staff members at Virginia church

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A man was arrested after police said he assaulted multiple people at a church food bank in northern Virginia on Tuesday evening.

James Alexander Polk, 37, who has no fixed address, is facing charges of malicious wounding, two counts of simple assault, and disorderly conduct, according to the Prince William County Police Department.

Officers said they responded around 7:22 p.m. May 20 to Cokesbury Methodist Church, located at 14806 Blackburn Road in Woodbridge, for a reported assault…
