CHARLES COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A Maryland woman was arrested for the second time in less than a week after detectives uncovered additional fraud and identity theft offenses, according to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office.
Detectives arrested Annaya Lisette Hines, 26, of Waldorf, on May 20 shortly after she was released from the Charles County Detention Center on electronic monitoring.
