An Allentown mother is facing misdemeanor child endangerment charges after deliberately ramming another car multiple times as her child was strapped in the backseat, police said.
Luisa Martinez-Duran, 35, of the 100 block of North 17th Street, is also charged with two counts misdemeanor reckless endangerment, as well as a traffic offense.
