POTTSTOWN — A homeless man who frequented the Pottstown area must answer to charges in Montgomery County Court that he fatally stabbed another man during an altercation at a borough residence.
Ryan Scott Grace, 37, no known address, was held for trial, after an hour-long preliminary hearing before District Court Judge Edward C. Kropp Sr., on charges of first- and third-degree murder and possessing an instrument of crime in connection with the alleged May 6, 2026, fatal stabbing of Shaquille Kare Nicholas, 33, at a residence in the 300 block of Walnut Street.
Grace, who is represented by defense lawyer Thomas Kenny, will now face a formal arraignment hearing on the charges in county court in July. After that hearing, a judge will set Grace’s trial date…
