BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Police have released more details about the fatal motorcycle accident that involved an e-bike on Friday.
According to the Bethlehem Chief of Police, on Friday, June 12th at 7:04 p.m., two motorcycles were traveling east on Daly Ave.
As they approached the traffic light at the south end of the Minsi Trail Bridge, they observed a green light. A 46-year-old man from Bethlehem was riding an electric bicycle south in the marked cross walk. Police say a 24-year-old man from Quakertown was riding a Kawaski motorcycle in the right lane when he struck the electric bicycle.
The Chief says this collision caused his motorcycle to move to the left and strike a 25-year-old man from Bethlehem riding a CF Moto motorcycle. Both motorcycles lost control and ejected the riders…
