A West Rockhill Township man is facing DUI and multiple traffic-related charges after witnesses allegedly chased his vehicle from the scene of a hit-and-run crash at a Hilltown Township Walmart before officers stopped him at a nearby intersection.
George R. Logeman Jr., 57, of Clymer Avenue, was charged by Hilltown Township Police with misdemeanor driving under the influence, misdemeanor accidents involving attended vehicles or property, and summary offenses including driving without a license, careless driving, failing to stop and render aid, and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, according to charging documents.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, officers were dispatched around 11:14 p.m. June 7, 2026 to Walmart, 1515 Bethlehem Pike, for a reported hit-and-run crash involving an occupied vehicle. While responding, an officer spotted a gray Mazda CX-5 with fresh passenger-side damage stopped at the intersection of Bethlehem Pike and Unionville Pike after witnesses reportedly pursued the vehicle from the Walmart parking lot.
