Additional details have been released following Tuesday afternoon’s semi-truck fire that temporarily shut down the Pennsylvania Turnpike’s Northeast Extension in Franconia Township.

The fire was reported shortly after 4:35 p.m. at mile marker 33.8 on the northbound Northeast Extension.
