New Jersey man charged after undercover operation targeting child exploitation in Bucks Co

BERKS CO. (WOLF) — A New Jersey man is accused of traveling to Bucks County believing he was meeting a 13-year-old girl for sex, only to be arrested during an undercover operation targeting child exploitation and human trafficking.

Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan announced that 35-year-old Christopher Martin Reynolds, of Browns Mills, New Jersey, was taken into custody Wednesday in Bensalem Township following a coordinated investigation involving federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.

According to investigators, the operation began June 30 when a detective with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office posed online as the mother of a 13-year-old girl. Authorities allege Reynolds responded to the undercover account on a website investigators say is commonly associated with human trafficking and agreed to pay $300 to sexually abuse the child…
