ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Coca-Cola Park has two nights of patriotic festivities scheduled for this holiday weekend, though a severe storm delayed Friday night’s events. Across the region, extreme weather has shifted the focus away from traditional Independence Day celebrations, forcing several communities to alter their plans.
