BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A new restaurant will soon spice up south Bethlehem’s dining scene.
The Gully Kitchen, offering authentic Indian street food with a modern touch, will hold its grand opening at 5 p.m. Saturday, July 25, at 203 E. Third St., co-owner Tushar Paul told 69 News.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce will be held at 5 p.m., and free bowls (one bowl per person on a first-come, first-served basis) will be offered from 5 to 7 p.m.
The Gully Kitchen, with seating for around 70 guests on two levels, will occupy an updated space that previously housed Alibi Bar & Lounge, an upscale bar and lounge that closed in spring 2025 after about a year of operation…
