Easton’s got color and current
You can start your morning watching crayons roll off a factory line and end it floating down one of the cleanest rivers on the East Coast.
The Delaware River Valley Scenic Byway covers just 17 miles from Easton north to Riverton in Northampton County, but it packs a walkable downtown, open farmland, and long stretches of quiet river road into every one of them.
The route follows Route 611, Little Creek Road, and the Belvidere Highway along the Delaware’s west bank, and it trades big-name crowds for water, woods, and small-town calm.
