Halloween in August? Not a bad idea for scare fans, who will have to chance to watch paranormal investigators check out a supposedly “haunted” Lehigh Valley restaurant at Shankweiler’s Drive-In Theatre.
The episode of “Ghost Encounters” will screen as part of a double feature alongside the film “Poltergeist” on Aug. 18 at the theater at 4540 Shankweiler Road in North Whitehall Township, according to an email announcement.
The episode features the two-century-old Hanoverville Roadhouse at 5001 Hanoverville Road in Hanover Township, Northampton County, and includes “compelling audio and visual paranormal evidence captured throughout the building, including the attic, second-floor apartment, first floor, and mysterious basement.”…
