As we head into this evening and overnight, a storm system approaching the east coast will send more moisture in our direction.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to increase in coverage later this evening and tonight, and this activity looks to continue through at least the first half of Monday.
Thanks to recent rainfall saturating the ground and elevating smaller creek and stream levels, it won’t take as much rain to produce flooding concerns.
