Police departments across Bucks County are participating in a weeklong targeted enforcement effort focused on distracted driving as Pennsylvania’s new hands-free driving law, known as Miller’s Law, is now fully in effect.
The statewide law prohibits drivers from handling mobile devices while operating a vehicle.
