A Warrington Township man accused of driving under the influence with a loaded handgun after his concealed-carry permit was revoked has been admitted into Bucks County’s Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
Joshua B. Khoury, 54, entered the pretrial intervention program July 30, 2026 before Bucks County Common Pleas Judge Wallace Bateman Jr., according to court records. The disposition applies to a felony charge of carrying a firearm without a license and a misdemeanor count of driving under the influence.
Khoury will remain in the ARD program for 12 months and must complete 30 hours of community service. He is prohibited from owning or possessing firearms and must pay all court costs, fines, fees and restitution by June 30, 2027…
