A Northampton County vineyard and winery is shutting down its near decade-old tasting room.
Black River Farms Vineyard & Winery, 2472 Black River Road in Lower Saucon Township, plans to cease tasting room operations on Aug. 30, owners Andy and Kris Warner posted on the business’ Facebook page on Aug. 11.
The couple told loyal patrons their garden/vineyard hobby has grown tremendously within the past 17 years. They now plan to retire from the wine and spirits industry, but will continue to own the Black River Farms property…
