Shawn and Andrew Coleman raise Angus cattle on Walter Road, and their beef is now sold at the butcher counters inside Altomonte’s Italian Market. The two brothers run Coleman Hay Farms, and the arrangement was announced this week.
Customers can buy the beef a whole cow at a time, or a half, or a quarter. Individual cuts are also available, and the market says it will cut to order.
