As faithful readers to the column have no doubt been able to gather, I’ve been slowly but surely making my way through all of the vendors at the Downtown Allentown Market over the past few months.
That list is finally complete with this review of Shinsen Sushi, the market’s in-house stop for all things rolled and battered tempura-style (and while I would love to do full reviews of the donut and ice cream stands, a meal those do not make).
