NORRISTOWN — A Pennsburg man is on his way to state prison for strangling a woman, his romantic partner at the time, on two occasions during a domestic incident at his home.
Lawrence Joseph Bertolette, 52, of the 200 block of Main Street, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 18 to 36 months in a state correctional facility after he pleaded guilty to two felony counts of strangulation in connection with the September 2025 incident at his residence.
Bertolette will receive credit for the 303 days he spent in jail while awaiting court action on the charges…
