PALMER TOWNSHIP, PA — Police are seeking a woman wanted on felony retail theft charges stemming from an incident at a Home Depot store.
Anna Marie Castellanos, 18, of Pennsylvania, is wanted on charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft, both third-degree felonies.
