A Richland Township man with a separate pending DUI case is facing homicide charges after police alleged he had a blood alcohol level nearly four times the legal limit when he caused a three-vehicle crash earlier this year.
Donald Best Jr., 51, allegedly had a blood alcohol content of .303 when his 2024 GMC Hummer EV rear-ended a pickup truck on southbound Route 309 near Quakers Way in the township on March 1, according to PhillyBurbs.com.
