A Feasterville man is accused of selling illegal drugs that killed an Upper Southampton man more than two years ago.
Gerald Mak, 53, was arraigned before District Judge Mark Douple on Sept. 2 on three felony charges including drug delivery resulting in death and related misdemeanors in the July 7, 2024 death of Michael Tinari.
Mak was transferred to Bucks County Correctional Center in lieu of $250,000 bail. He had no legal representation as of Sept. 9, according to the public court docket.
