A real estate agency is attempting to gain permission to construct two apartment complexes along the Bushkill River, though the current design contradicts previously agreed-upon plans with the City of Easton.
The project, named The Foundry, would consist of two separately constructed buildings, according to the proposal. The first, a four-story building, would contain 100 apartment units along with 1,165 square feet of commercial space on the first floor. The second building would be a seven-story mixed-use complex, with 159 apartment units and 1,380 square feet of commercial space.
