DUBLIN, Pa. – Bucks County prosecutors are escalating their lawsuit against a Dublin rooming house operator, now demanding a decade’s worth of financial records as more former tenants step forward.
Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan has escalated the consumer protection lawsuit against real estate business R & R Enterprises, by filing a new amended complaint and initiating the civil discovery process to uncover how this business was able to run an unsafe, uninhabitable rooming house.
