Traffic stop over expired registration leads to gun charges, prison sentence for Bath man

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – A Bath man was sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison for unlawfully possessing multiple guns, according to United States Attorney David Metcalf.

Metcalf announced that Hayden Laubach, 36, of Bath, was sentenced Tuesday to 12 months and one day in prison and three years of supervised release by United States District Judge John M. Gallagher.

Laubach was charged by information in April of this year and pleaded guilty in May to one count of possession of nonregistered firearms, according to Metcalf…
