WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP, PA — Police arrested two people following a motor vehicle accident, one on an active warrant and another for disorderly conduct.
Richard Alvin Shaw was found to have an active arrest warrant out of Allentown after the vehicle he was an occupant in was involved in a crash.
