An open homicide charge has been filed after a 24-year-old man was fatally shot by his brother inside their Pennsylvania family home early Sunday morning, Sept. 20, authorities said.
The shooting happened shortly after midnight in the 2200 block of Birch Street in Wilson Borough, according to Northampton County District Attorney Stephen Baratta.
