A father and son now at the center of a Philadelphia missing-women investigation lived for two decades in Bucks County, according to the Bucks County Courier Times.
Raymond “R.C.” Horsch and his son, Eugene Horsch, 44, later moved to a West Chew Avenue home in Philadelphia’s Olney section. Police searched the property in June.
