A Lehigh Valley Health Network employee claims she was wrongly disciplined for outbursts during a staff meeting that stemmed from her autism.
Sherri Homanko of Hazle Township, Luzerne County, sued the Lehigh County-based healthcare provider and its parent, Jefferson Health of Philadelphia. The lawsuit was filed Tuesday in federal court.
