An 11-year-old Pennsylvania child died by suicide at the hospital, authorities announced Thursday, Sept. 24.
The child, a boy from Upper Pottsgrove Township, was pronounced dead at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest at 11:43 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio.
