The clerk in charge of civil court records in Monroe County has changed his office policy and will now release protection-from-abuse orders upon request.
Prothonotary George Warden’s office refused to release a protection-from-abuse order filed Aug. 24 against Northampton County Court Administrator Jermaine Greene. Greene’s wife accused him of months of abuse, culminating in an incident where he allegedly soaked her clothes in gasoline.
