STRASBURG, Pa. — A Bucks County man was arrested in Lancaster County earlier this month after police say he traveled to Strasburg to meet what he thought was a 13-year-old girl he was communicating with online.
Instead, Strasburg Police claim in charging documents, 53-year-old Jacob A. Novak was exchanging sexually explicit messages with a member of an online vigilante group dedicated to catching alleged child predators.
Novak, of Sellersville, was confronted by members of Predator Poachers when he arrived in Strasburg on the afternoon of September 17. The group recorded video of the confrontation, which was posted online…
