A Slate Belt woman is accused of repeatedly allowing her two large dogs to roam her neighborhood and into the yard of a neighbor.
Kelly Alyssa Donahue, of the 400 block of North Lehigh Avenue in Wind Gap, is charged with misdemeanor (dogs not) confined within the premises of the owner.
