LOWER NAZARETH TWP., Pa. – Land at the center of a disputed warehouse project in Northampton County has been sold to PPL Electric Utilities.
County property records show PPL paid $2 million for the 11.7-acre property at 4215 Lonat Drive in Lower Nazareth Township.
