Three 18-year-olds and a juvenile are facing charges after police said they entered Moore Elementary School on two occasions while recording footage for social media content.
Aidan Benjamin Fincke, of the 400 block of Spyglass Hill Road in Bath; Lee McCulloch Jr., of the 100 block of Old Forge Drive in Bath; and Branden Edward Moyer, of the 2700 block of East Beersville Road in Moore Township, were each charged with felony criminal trespass and conspiracy to commit criminal trespass.
McCulloch and Moyer also were charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit criminal mischief. A fourth person, who was not identified because he is a juvenile, is facing charges through the Northampton County juvenile justice system…
